We offer four paths tailored to different ages and stages of discipleship: the Discover Path (ages 8–11), the Growth Path (ages 12–17), Come Unto Christ (adults), and the Anchored Path (deep study for those seeking a more rigorous curriculum). Each path has its own milestones, resources, and rewards.

How long does each path take to complete?

Path duration varies by learner pace and commitment. Most participants complete a path within 12–18 months with consistent weekly effort. There is no deadline — learners progress at their own pace and celebrate milestones along the way.

Can a family participate together across multiple paths?

Absolutely. Many families enroll children in the Discover or Growth Path while parents participate in Come Unto Christ simultaneously. Shared family activities and discussions are built into the curriculum so the whole family can grow together even while on different paths.

What if my child is between age groups?

Age ranges are guidelines, not strict requirements. A mature 11-year-old may thrive in the Growth Path, while a younger teen might benefit from starting with Discover. We encourage parents to review both paths and choose based on their child's readiness and interest.

Enrollment in Becoming Through Christ is completely free. Our ministry is supported by generous donors who believe every family should have access to quality discipleship resources regardless of financial circumstances. If you feel moved to support the ministry, donations are gratefully accepted.

Most resources are provided digitally at no cost. Some families choose to print workbooks or purchase a physical journal for their learner, but there is no required purchase. All core curriculum materials are available as free downloads.

As learners complete milestones on their path, they receive recognition through certificates, digital badges, and — at key completion points — physical milestone awards. These tangible rewards are designed to celebrate growth and encourage continued progress.

How are milestones tracked and submitted?

Milestones are self-reported by the learner or parent using our submission process. We ask for a brief reflection or evidence of completion (such as a completed reading plan or service project summary). Submissions are reviewed by a ministry volunteer and awards are sent upon verification.

How long does it take to receive a physical award?

Physical milestone awards are typically shipped within 2–3 weeks of a verified submission. Digital certificates and badges are issued immediately upon verification. If you have not received your award within 4 weeks, please contact us.

Can adults without children participate?

Yes. The Come Unto Christ path and the Anchored Path are designed for adults and can be completed individually, as a couple, or in a small group setting. Discipleship is for everyone, regardless of family situation.
